CLASSES

Group classes are a cost-effective, fun and social way to exercise safely under the direct supervision of our university qualified and highly trained Accredited Exercise Physiologists.

The group setting allows you to interact with like minded members of our community and feel supported while completing an individualised program specific to your health needs and goals.

Whether you are performing an exercise program to manage a chronic condition, rehabilitate from an injury or surgical procedure, improve strength and fitness, needing to work on balance and falls prevention, improve overall health or enhance your physical performance, our group classes are suited to you.
